Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund, your order must meet one of the following conditions:
1. Design Error or Incorrect Design Printed
If the design on your product is incorrect due to a mistake on our end, you may request a refund or replacement. This includes:
- The design differs from what was approved during the order process.
- Incorrect text, logo, or graphics.
- Poor print quality, such as misalignment, fading, or smudging.
2. Damaged Item
If your order arrives damaged, we will replace the item or issue a refund. Damage may include:
- Ripped, torn, or defective fabric.
- Significant printing defects beyond normal variations.
- Stains, holes, or other physical damage upon arrival.
3. Wrong Size or Color Received
If you receive a product in the wrong size or color than what was ordered, we will correct the issue.
- The shirt size or color does not match your order confirmation.
- The wrong style of apparel was sent.
How to Request a Return or Refund
If your order meets any of the above criteria, please follow these steps:
- Contact Our Support Team – Submit a request via our Support Page with your order details.
- Provide Proof – Attach clear photos showing the issue (e.g., incorrect design, damage, or wrong item received).
- Request Resolution – Let us know if you prefer a replacement or a refund.
Exceptions & Additional Notes
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- We do not accept returns for minor variations in color due to screen differences.
- Returns or refunds are not eligible for customer errors in design submission or incorrect size selection at checkout.
